EVERY CHILD                DESERVES A GOAL FOR LIFE.

 Having "a plan" for the future doesn't sound complicated. But to a child whose life has been affected or disrupted by crime, violence, neglect or abandoment, "the plan" is often day to day survival. As a result, these children are at greater risk of turning to gangs, crime, drugs, or a combination thereof. Shelter 37 partners with teachers, community leaders, outreach programs and children's advocates to help at-risk children grow to be socially dynamic, academically capable and socially conscious adults. We do this by giving them essential life skills (aka a "gameplan") to empower and motivate them to overcome their obstacles and succeed in life.
